El Partido para la Diversidad Democrática

recurre ante el Defensor del Pueblo y ante el Tribunal Constitucional la ley del tabaco.

 

En la misma forma en la que se anunció por el candidato a la Alcaldía de esta candidatura, el PDD ha presentado un recurso ante el Defensor del Pueblo para que éste a su vez le dé el correspondiente curso y sea presentado ante el Tribunal Constitucional a fin de que se declare por este último la inconstitucionalidad del texto de la citada ley.
